    Now, more then ever, is the time to take full advantage of the Builders' Exchange services. Not only to keep up to date on upcoming projects, but also be kept informed of issues that affect our industry.
    Factories, offices, schools, roads, and bridges are only some of the products of our members. Our industry activities include the building of new structures, including site preparation, as well as additions and modifications to existing ones. The industry also includes maintenance, repair, and improvements on these structures. In order to serve our members, we have built a community that can assist us all in the rapidly growing expectations of our services.

Safety Training

    The Kern County Builders' Exchage has teamed with ClickSafety to provide targeted learning solutions designed to maximize limited safety resourcesby improving communications, measuring performance and implementing processes proven to boost productivity.

THE CHALLENGE
    More than ever before, construction companies are under increasing pressure to provide effective safety training to both employees and subcontractors.
    The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and other regulatory agencies require safety training for employees and new laws hold contractors responsible for the safety of onsite subcontractors. This is further complicated by the shortage of skilled laborers, the diversity of the current workforce and the time lost participating in offsite training.
    The price for not complying with safety regulations may lead to increased exposures and injuries; therefore, training must be an essential part of ones overall safety program.

THE SOLUTION
